Avocado is the most nutritious fruit, which is native to tropical Central America. It was introduced into India, probably at the beginning of the 19th century. Avocado is considered to be one of the most nutritious fruits that are eaten raw as it is claimed to provide 25 different essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals to our body. Avocado is said to have an astounding amount of vitamin C, which helps boosts the production of collagen in our body.
